Any information you’ve given us is true and correct, and you have not withheld anything that we should be aware of and could impact our decision to grant you credit.

We may undertake credit checks on you and the owners named above.

In consideration of us supplying and continuing to supply goods to you the Owners named above (Guarantors) jointly and severally guarantee (a) the payment on demand to us of all moneys owing to us by you from time to time in respect of goods supplied by us to you and (b) any other liability of you under the Terms to us. The Guarantors undertake that they have read, understood and accepted the Terms. The Guarantors acknowledge that they have been advised by us to seek independent legal advice in respect of the obligations arising under this guarantee and have had the opportunity to do so. The Guarantors have either obtained such advice or elected not to before signing this guarantee.
